Frank Baxter, Pacific Palisades, CA Frank Baxter is the Chairman Emeritus of Jefferies and Company, Inc., where he was Chief Executive Officer from 1987 to 2001. Most recently he was Ambassador to Uruguay, a post he held from 2006 to 2009. Ambassador Baxter is an experienced marathon runner: He has completed many marathons around the world, but this will be his first time running Boston! The ambassador and his wife, Kathy, have three children, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Mark Begor, Wilton, CT Mark Begor is President and Chief Executive Officer of General Electric Capital, Retail Finance and Restructuring Operations and a Senior Vice President at GE. He has been with GE for thirty years, and spent three of those years in Singapore as the CFO of GE Plastics. Though Mark has run the New York and Hartford marathons, this will be his first time running Boston.

George Braun, Jamaica Plain, MA 2010 will be George's fifteenth time running the Boston Marathon! George works at John Hancock Financial Services in Boston and raised money for HHC with his colleagues when he ran the Boston marathon in 2007.

John Cline, Brookline, MA This will be John's first marathon, and he has dedicated it to the memory of his father. John recalls that when he was growing up, his father changed the lives of many less fortunate children in their hometown. Robert Cremin, Paradise Valley, AZ Bob has run over thirty marathons around the world, and running Boston has been a life-long dream. He is Chairman of the Board and former President and Chief Executive Officer of Esterline Technologies, a specialized manufacturing company that principally serves aerospace and defense markets. Bob collects wine, medieval art, antique carriage clocks, stained glass and rare books. The plight of homeless children is close to Bob's heart, and he has always made the task of helping children a priority.

Ryan Debin, Sherborn, MA This year will be Ryan's eleventh Boston marathon, and eighth as a member of the Run for Homeless Children team! He was an HHC Playspace Activity Leader for over five years, and in 2008 was honored by the Boston Celtics as a "Hero Among Us" for his tireless work and dedication to improving the lives of homeless children. In 2009 Ryan became a co-chair of the newly formed Horizons for Homeless Children Young Professionals Group. Ryan will run this year's marathon with Jason Denoncourt, whose bio appears below.
Jason Denoncourt, Cambridge, MA (pictured on left above with Ryan Debin) Boston 2010 will be Jason's second marathon, which he will run with Ryan Debin (above). Since 2007 Jason has been a Project Manager at The Gutierrez Company, a real estate development firm in Burlington, MA. Jason is an Executive Member of Boston's Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group and an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He has been a Big Brother with Big Brothers of Massachusetts Bay for five years. Jason lives in Cambridge with his wife, Rena and one-year-old identical twin boys, Luke and Michael.
